Large unmet medical need
Pancreatic cancer survival has barely moved in 40 years and the stromal therapy market is projected to grow from $2.4B (2024) to $5.8B by 2030 — with no approved tumor-stroma-targeting agent on the market today.
Differentiated science
ST-102 is the only peptide selectively inhibiting ITGA5 on CAFs and enhanced tumor drug accumulation in vivo — publications, including Science Advances and APSB 2026.
Platform potential
ITGA5 is overexpressed across PDAC, colorectal, breast, ovarian, HCC and NSCLC. Our nanomedicine and cytokine-delivery formats extend the platform into lung metastasis and beyond.
Strong IP position
Patent EP3365353 granted across the US, EU, Japan, China, Australia, Korea, Canada, India and Iceland; a new ST-102 patent was filed in 2026.
